I applied and it took over two months to get an invitation to go further and like others was offered a very poor hourly rate at 8 euros an hour. Absolutely disgraceful!

I applied in April, got a reply TWO MONTHS later that they want to know more about me. “Congratulations on making it to the next stage of the Tweacher (sic) selection process. We were impressed by your application and are excited to see more”. They asked me to upload a video showing my teaching skills and dynamic personality through two short video tasks. The starting salary is EUR 8.80 per hour (EUR 4.40 per 26-minute video class, EUR 4.00 per 26-minute audio-only class). Sorry, but who can take a company seriously that takes 2 MONTHS to reply and who pays this poorly?
Ohhhhhh Snap!!!!
My guess is they hire as they need people, and keep the information on file. I’ve heard of companies keeping resumes on file but I suppose years ago they would tell you that before waiting two months to just surprise you.
