QQ English looks like it is based in the Philippines, but they teach students in the Philippines, Japan, China Russia, Iran, Brazil and Korea. They offer both individual and group classes at all hours of the day. Teachers must have TESOL certificate. In fact not much else is known about this company yet. On the website they say they have Filipini teachers only.
