I used to work for this company. It’s like a subdivision of the Pagoda hagwon. They do outsource a lot to admin based in the Philippines. They also hire non-natives but students will pay more for natives. It’s a decent company to work for. There are far worse out there!

I worked for the Pagoda Foreign Language Academy in the early 1990s, but I don’t know if this is affiliated with that organizatiion. The academy is based in Seoul and its main competitor was ELS. Although I liked the academy, as I worked there for 2 years, it did not operate in the Philippines, so I wonder if this online company is affiliated with the original group.

I got to the interview part and didn’t hear back after that. I don’t know if they are legit ( so far I can’t find any reviews about them ) or one of those companies that just harvests info. I also thought it seemed weird that they are requiring a copy of your passport even if you’re only going to teach students over the phone. The company is in Korea but the office that does the hiring is in the Philippines and the interview is conducted through Skype. The interview was relatively easy and straightforward. The interviewer asked me for my availability- from what I was told they only have evening classes. They pay $14 an hour and they add a dollar incentive for punctuality or if you don’t miss any classes.
