OpenLanguages (website down or out of business) requires teachers to submit a video that students can watch and then choose their teacher. They offer customized classes to their students, online classroom tools and flexible scheduling. They also teach Spanish, German and French. Teachers must be native speakers. The base pay is 10 euros per hour.

Looks like they are out of business, their Facebook hasn’t been updated in more than a year too.
