1on1 English <—- (Click here to Apply) is a Vietnamese company that teaches Vietnamese people of all ages in 1 on 1 classes of 25 minutes. They want American and Canadian teachers with a bachelors degree, TEFL/CELTA certificate and 1 year of experience. Scheduling is flexible, but peak hours are 6pm – 9pm Vietnam time. They pay up to $24 USD per hour depending on the incentives teachers achieve (average pay is about $18 – $20 USD per hour).

I have been teaching with One On One English for 7 months now. They are a start-up and have been in existence for one year. The staff members are very helpful and friendly and the students are a lot of fun. They don’t currently have their own platform, but they are developing one. They are a growing company and I stay very booked with students. Average pay is probably $18-20 per hour. Classes are 25 minutes. You teach students of all ages as the curriculum currently has 6 levels. They also offer free talk classes.
